The nursery offers a warm, welcoming home-from-home environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years, helping them settle quickly into nursery life. Nutritional Approach

We believe food is fundamental to healthy growth, happy minds, and positive lifelong habits. In the earliest years, what children eat shapes taste preferences, supports brain development, and lays the foundations for long-term health.

All meals are freshly prepared on site each day using quality, seasonal ingredients. Our menus are developed with expert guidance, designed for inclusion, and go beyond Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. We want every child to become a confident, curious eater.

Kelsey Frost

I joined Just Imagine day nursery in November 2021 and bring over 15 years of experience working with children, having started my career aged 17. I hold a level 3 Diploma in Children’s care, learning and development and am extremely passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their lives.

I am determined in making a meaningful difference to each child from the very start of their journey with us, nurturing every child so they have the best possible start in life. I want them to leave nursery as confident, outgoing individuals who can use their voices to advocate for themselves. I have a particular passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs, believing every child deserves access to education, early intervention, and strong support for both the children and their families.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to support the individual needs of every child who comes through our doors. Each element has been carefully created by our team to help children grow in confidence, feel a sense of belonging and most of all be happy.

We focus on helping children to be happy and create friendships, become confident communicators, respect themselves, each other and the environment, and develop independence. Our goal is for every child to leave our setting ready to take on the next chapter, feeling happy, confident and able to create and maintain strong relationships.

Having my son at this nursery has been the best experience, the staff is absolutely wonderful, welcoming, caring, invested in the kids not just while they are there but they also look to prepare them for the future. As a new mom it's very comforting to know that my son is so well taken care of and feel that I'm also supported by them. They do an incredible job, kids are always happy and you feel the love from everyone. We are extremely grateful for them and Thank you is not enough :)

I honestly cannot fault this nursery, as a first time mum i was nervous about putting my son into nursery but the staff instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. My son is very shy but all of the staff always make an effort with him and go at his pace and do what he wants to encourage him through the door in the morning and on pick up he always says what a good day he has had. The manager Kelsey is exceptional and always goes out of her way to interact with my son to make him feel comfortable and she is very approachable and always makes me feel at ease and like nothing is too much and has time for the millions of questions I ask about my son. All in all an amazing nursery, with amazing staff!

My daughter started nursery in April and she loves it and even sometimes cries because she doesn't want to go home! This nursery has been a wonderful choice for my little boy. It is a small, friendly setting with excellent staff who make every child feel welcome and cared for. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to inspire creativity every day. I have nothing negative to say about Just Imagine Day Nursery - Vange. I think it's a fantastic nursery for my boy and the staff are so helpful and so understanding, it's really a great team there. I would like to add that my boy has learned so much since starting just imagine day nursery- Vange in January this year that I see such a massive difference in his verbal speaking, his memory, how he picks things up so quickly and remembers and I think they doing a great job. So I would definitely recommend this nursery, as my experience with them is great and I have no negative feedback at all.

My little boy goes here and his big brother before him also attended this setting 2 years ago. All the staff are so nice and helpful, along with the manager who I can't praise enough for her constant support with both my children. The girls here really do go above and beyond. Both my kids have come on leaps and bounds and I put it down to the care and support they have received at Just Imagine. Thank you again, for being so transparent and answering every single question I've ever had (which is lots) can't recommend Just Imagine enough.

They've given me parenting tips that have been truly beneficial. My son started nursery in September 2024 and since then has now started speaking more and is more socialable. He is always happy to be going to nursery which shows that he enjoys being there and is being looked after. Absolutely fantastic team. Show genuine concern/ love for the children they look after. My first child thrived at nursery, and the team worked hard to help him with his additional needs setting him on a good path to start primary school. My second has just started, and although the nursery is out the way for us now, I wouldn't put him anywhere else! The activities set out for the children are full of fun and imagination, a bit messy but that's the fun part. The menu is interesting at times and probably not something I would make, but I like that my two get to try new things and flavours. Whether they eat it or not there's always options. Honestly can't thank the staff enough for their constant help and support for both my boys and the times I've needed it.

Tried a nursery before whereby I was told to look for another nursery due to my child crying a lot in the setting. This really upset me, I was running around like a headless chicken trying to find a good nursery that had availability. Until I stumbled across Just Imagine Nursery (vange branch)! From the moment I picked up the phone to make an enquiry, right through to settling my child into the nursery and starting her 1st days. My journey with this nursery has been amazing, the staff are amazing and friendly they literally feel like part of our family! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my little one at this nursery, I’ve seen great progress so far with her speech and I am absolutely grateful. The dedicated and caring staff have created a nurturing environment that feels like a home away from home. After being at another nursery for the previous six years, we moved over to Just Imagine with our third child recently. Had we known how great this nursery is, we would have moved over a lot sooner. The staff are excellent and genuinely care about my child and his well-being. They have tailored their plans around my child's daily routine, and my son is so happy when we drop him off there. Cannot praise this nursery enough! My son runs through the door, and it's a struggle to get him to leave! He tells me about his lovely mix of learning, play and exercise. The staff are the perfect mix of professional yet personal. They have a wonderful environment both indoors and outdoors. Just Imagine are extremely supportive and accommodating. Recently the hours have changed, therefore, they close earlier. However, due to my situation, the manager had made arrangements to accommodate my situation. Yes, they care for my daughter, but they are also a huge support towards me too. My child recently joined Just Imagine in November last year. Since joining, he has come on in his development immensely. He loves attending nursery every day and is so excited when we arrive. The staff are always very welcoming and happy when we arrive to the setting, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. When I collect my child at the end of the day, he is always so happy to tell me what he has been doing, the endless activities he takes part in and is always telling me about the fun he has in the garden. I cannot thank the girls enough for making my sons transition from his old nursery to this nursery so easy for him, he is so happy here and constantly talks about the girls whilst at home! My daughter loves going to the nursery once a week. She has an amazing time, and the teachers are always approachable and available to answer any questions and concerns. I’m grateful for their help. They off a wide range of foods, and it’s all healthy. My child eats loads, so they always offer seconds. The girls at this nursery are amazing! They looked after my son all the way from 9-months-old till he left for school and the same with my daughter. I can't fault the nursery on one thing; they are very understanding, especially with my daughter's health issues, they totally understand and take the time with her. Communication is brilliant, letting me know whether she has eaten, slept etc. Both my children have come on leaps and bounds, and I feel it's all down to the staff! I can't thank them enough and will be sad not to see them anymore once my daughter leaves for school.

My little boy is nearly three years old and has just started at the setting and has only been there just a few weeks. However, after being at home for a long time, he was very attached to being at home. However, the nursery and staff have been amazing at getting him to settle in. He started quite upset for his settles, but within a few weeks, he is now very happy and goes in without any tears. A special mention to two ladies, with who he has really gravitated to and bonded with. They have both been really patient and understanding with him, and he comes home talking about them each time he is at the setting. As a nervous mum, it has been a pleasure working with the nursery to make sure he is as happy and settled as possible. I am so happy with the choice we made.

All the staff at Just Imagine are absolutely fantastic; they each individually know my son but also us as a family. My son looks forward to nursery days and enjoys all the different learning activities he does there. I love him coming home messy and telling me about his day; it makes me feel easier about him going to a nursery setting doing fun stuff that I would not be able to do with him whilst I am at work. My son has been attending since he was 1-years-old; he was fussy and hard to hand over at the start, but now he is so incredibly independent and ready for the transition to school this year.

My daughter has been at this nursery for a few months, and she has truly blossomed during her time at this nursery! My daughter is positively thriving here and being extended in her learning where the staff see her ability to do so. I would recommend this nursery to anyone reluctant to leave their child, outgoing or anxious children or anyone seeking the best education and care for their child. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my daughter! Not a day has gone by that she hasn't wanted to go to nursery, and we look forward to seeing how she grows in the next year!

Really recommend the nursery to other parents. I have two children who have/still do attend the nursery. I have felt confident in my children's safety whilst and the nursery. I have felt comfortable with the staff and the learning approach, and my children thoroughly love/loved coming to nursery daily. Will be gutted when my youngest leaves and our journey is over!

Review of Just Imagine Day Nursery - Vange

We were looking for a local nursery with a flexible approach to the 30-hours funding, which was proving difficult. Upon explaining our requirements, the nursery manager was helpful and accommodating with our needs. The setting is fresh, airy, inviting and spacious despite being just one single room, which leads directly to a covered outside area with lots of further outdoor space. The children always seem happy and polite as are the staff. My child loves this setting, she has become very confident. Indeed we have also placed her with another nursery within the group and have had the same positive experience. We wish we had found this nursery sooner!

My daughter has been attending Just Imagine for 18 months. The ladies are lovely, they’re all very helpful and will sort any concerns I have had. My daughter loves it here, she cannot wait till her next school day. Her confidence has grown and her speaking has come on amazingly. Her favourite part of the day is seeing all her teachers and friends and playing in the garden which is fantastic. The food quality and variety are fantastic and they also had a week where they had all foods from around the world.

My daughter is currently attending this nursery. She enjoys her time here and as a teacher myself, I believe they are getting her ready for school in all aspects. The nursery staff are always happy and very friendly, it is always a pleasure to pick up my child, as they always tell me about her day. She loves the outdoor garden area, especially since we don't have a garden. It is a massive benefit as she gets to engage in nature. All the activities she engages in are positive and are helping her build her own little character. I have noticed the positive benefits of this at home, as my child has become more independent and confident in herself. I would highly recommend.
