Starting at our nursery

You have visited, asked your questions, and started to picture your child here. Now it is time to take the next step. We have made the registration and enrolment process as simple and supportive as possible, with our team on hand to guide you through.

After your tour

  • After your visit, our Customer Experience Team will get in touch to see how things went. They are there to answer any further questions, talk through fees and availability, and help you with whatever you need to make your decision.

  • If you are not ready to move forward straight away, that is absolutely fine. Just let our team know and they can check back in at a time that suits you. There is no pressure, only support when you need it.


Ready to register?

  • When you are ready to take that exciting next step, our Customer Experience Admissions Team will send you an enrolment form and help you complete it. If you have any questions along the way, they are just a phone call or email away.

  • To complete your registration, there are two small payments required: a Deposit and a Registration Fee. Our team will explain these in full and answer any questions you may have.

Welcome to the family!

  • Once we have received your completed enrolment form along with the enrolment and registration fees, and agreed the sessions (days your child/children will attend the nursery) your place is confirmed. Congratulations, you are now enrolled at your nursery of choice.

  • From here, we will be in touch with everything you need to prepare for your child's first day. We cannot wait to welcome you.
