Choosing a nursery is one of the biggest decisions you will make for your child. We want you to feel confident, informed and excited about the next step. That is why we invite every family to visit us in person, meet our team, and see for themselves what makes our nurseries special.

Book your visit

  • You can book a tour through the "Book a Tour" section on any of our nursery pages, or by calling our Customer Experience Team directly on 0330 333 1080 or by clicking the call button on this website - whichever works best for you.

  • Our Customer Experience Admissions Team are here to help from the very first conversation. Many of them are parents themselves and have worked in or around nurseries for years. They can answer your questions, talk through your needs, and help you feel reassured before you even step through the door.

  • If you are unsure which nursery is right for you, or you have questions about availability, funding, or anything else, our team can help. Think of them as your first point of contact for anything you need to know.

Before you arrive

  • You will receive a reminder before your tour date so it stays front of mind. Life with little ones can be busy, and we want to make sure you do not miss your visit.

  • If something comes up and you need to change your appointment, just get in touch with our Customer Experience Admissions Team. We understand that plans change, and we will find a time that works for you.

  • All attending adults must please bring a photo ID with you on the day. This is part of how we keep our nurseries safe and secure for the children in our care and our nursery teams.

Your tour experience

A warm welcome

When you arrive, you will be greeted by the Nursery Manager or a senior member of the team. They will be expecting you and ready to show you around. From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel welcomed and at ease.

Tailored to your child

Every tour is personal. Before your visit, we take time to understand your child's age, interests, and any specific needs or requirements. During the tour, we will show you how we can meet those needs and answer any questions you have along the way.


What you will see and learn

We will take you through each of the nursery rooms so you can see where your child would spend their time. You will learn about our curriculum and how we support learning through play. We will talk about our approach to food and nutrition, safeguarding, daily routines, and how we support children with individual needs.

You will also hear about how we keep you connected to your child's day, from regular updates to how drop-off and pick-up works.

Meet the team

Throughout the tour, you will meet key members of our team. These are the people who would be caring for your child, and we want you to see first hand how warm, knowledgeable and dedicated they are.

Your questions, answered

We know you will have questions, and we want to answer all of them. Whether it is about settling in, sleep routines, allergies, or anything else on your mind, this is your chance to ask. There is no rush, and nothing is too small to raise.

After your visit

  • After your tour, our Customer Experience Admissions Team will follow up by email, and by phone if helpful, to see how you found the visit and talk through any next steps.

  • We understand this is a big decision and you may need time to think. We are here to answer any further questions, provide additional information, or simply give you the space you need. When you are ready, we will be here.
