About us
Family First was founded in 2019 with the ambition of becoming one of the UK's leading childcare providers. From humble beginnings with just four nurseries and a small team, we have grown to 100 settings across the UK.
Our nurseries span 10 distinct brands alongside a collection of independent settings, each with something unique to offer. This breadth gives families real choice, while every nursery is underpinned by our investment, support, quality standards, and shared values. The focus has always been on putting families first: children, parents, carers, and colleagues.

Safeguarding
The safety of children, parents, and staff is our number one priority. All team members complete enhanced DBS checks, annual safeguarding training, and hold valid Paediatric First Aid certificates.
