Just Imagine Day Nursery – Maldon is an OFSTED GOOD (2025) nursery in Maldon, on Highlands Drive next to All Saints CofE Primary School. The nursery provides a home-from-home environment for children aged 18 months to 5 years, helping them feel safe and secure in familiar surroundings. A warm, experienced team offers individually supported play, with strong parent partnerships so every child’s needs are understood.
​Children learn and develop through a mix of guided and self-initiated play with open-ended resources. Experiences may include creative exploration, early language and opportunities to try new things at their own pace.

Nutritional Approach

All meals are freshly prepared on site each day using quality, seasonal ingredients. Our menus are developed with expert guidance, designed for inclusion, and go beyond Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. We want every child to become a confident, curious eater.

Sophie Killick
Hi, I'm Sophie, the nursery manager. I joined Just Imagine Day Nursery – Maldon in 2021, though I've worked in childcare since 2010. I started my time with the company at Colchester and was promoted to manager of Maldon.
I strive to make the best learning and teaching environments for both the children in our care and for my team.

Our Curriculum
