Chief People Officer

Lindsay brings more than 25 years of executive and people leadership experience across public, private and charitable organisations. He has led people and culture programmes across a range of sectors, most recently serving as Chief People Officer at technology services company Six Degrees.

Passionate about helping people fulfil their potential, Lindsay believes that individuals, organisations and all communities flourish when people feel able to bring their whole selves to work and are supported to succeed. He has championed this throughout his career in a range of mission-led organisations, including Central YMCA, At Work Recruitment (which helped people facing barriers to employment into meaningful work) and the Australian High Commission, London.

He is excited to join Family First because of its commitment to creating environments where colleagues, children and families can thrive together.

Outside of work, Lindsay has a host of interests, including travel, cooking, reading, music and spending time with family and friends.
