Kay is a seasoned People and Culture leader with 25 years extensive experience shaping progressive People and Culture strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. Throughout her career, she has led transformational culture programmes across complex, fast-paced, and private equity–backed organisations, creating inclusive environments where individuals and teams thrive. 

Her expertise spans leadership development, operational and organisational design, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning — always with a focus on putting people at the heart of business success. Kay is particularly passionate about using data analytics and process and systems improvement to enhance the employee experience journey and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Known for her collaborative approach and strong business partnership, Kay brings both empathy and commercial acumen to every challenge. She believes that culture is the engine of performance and is passionate about enabling leaders to unlock the full potential of their people. An advocate for early years development and SEN support both in education and the workplace, Kay is driven by a belief that supporting people to thrive starts well before they enter the world of work. 

Kay lives in Kent with her husband and is mum to Imogen, an aspiring singer-songwriter, and stepmum to Shai and Phoebe. She’s also mum to two slightly needy cats — Maleficent and Aslan — who keep family life delightfully unpredictable.
