A Chartered Accountant by background, Helena has specialised in Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategy for over a decade, with the last 5 years devoted to early years. A clear and pragmatic thinker, Helena is on a mission to leave things better than she finds them. She loves working with nursery owners and stakeholders, balancing heads, hearts and future potential to find the right route through for everyone. 

Outside work, Helena lives with her husband and two young girls, with her smallest being an attendee at a Family First nursery. She is a huge believer in life-long learning and recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School. At the weekend, she can be found dancing with her kids in the kitchen, running and making the odd cocktail.
