Claire is a consumer-centric leader with over 25 years’ experience of solving real customer problems to deliver agile, seamless interactions that exceed customer expectations. Beginning her career in marketing, she progressed into a wider commercial and operational leadership role, where she has delivered growth through strategic partnerships, innovative product development, and agile transformation putting people, both team & customer at the heart of these strategies. 

With deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare, brand strategy, and service design, Claire now applies her experience to building Family First, a values-driven nursery business that blends operational excellence with a warm, human-centred ethos. 

Away from work, she is married, mum of two teenage girls, one dog and a cat and a passionate tennis fanatic; bringing the same energy, discipline, and sense of joy to the court as she does to her leadership. Warm, curious, and impact-driven, she is committed to creating environments where families, teams, and communities can genuinely thrive.
